You will clean up your technique and learn how to carve without skidding.
The camp is excellent as a 3 day pre-camp for our Golden Carving Camp.

When the skis start to bite into the snow in a clean carve, you will experience the thrilling power of carving that pulls you round the arc and catapults you into the next turn.
This Carving Camp Is For You If...
- You feel like you are not yet truly carving
- You dream of being able to ski make exciting clean carved turns
- Want to combine a great skiing experience with getting the secrets of carving.
- You want to clean up your technique so carving comes easier
- You are attending the Golden Carving Camp, and want to feel more confident with clean carving to get the most out of the Golden Carving Camp.
- You want to have a clear direction for your own progress as well as the most effective exercises that you can keep practicing even after the camp.
What's Included In The Basic Carving Camp...
The Basic Carving Camp is a package including:
- 3 days on snow training
- 2,5 hours of on snow training with Janus, and 2,5 hours of self practice every day.
- Off snow sessions including video analysis
- 3 days ski pass (NOTE: buy 8 days and save money if you also attend the Golden Carving Camp immediately after this camp)
- Accommodation and full board (breakfast, self-made lunch and dinner).
Please note that the following is NOT included.
- Transport
- Ski rental (we assume you have your own equipment)
- Insurance
- Drinks and snacks

Geilo
We will be skiing in Geilo, which is a classic Norwegian ski resort.
Why Geilo?
It might be cold, yes. And the slopes are not long, also true.
But...
The slopes in Geilo are a true gem for carving training. Long enough (+8 turns) consistent sections at various pitches – perfect for training runs.
There is a high likely hood of great hero snow on empty slopes – ideal for carving!

Ustedalen Hotel Apartments
Breakfast, self-made lunch pack and a 3 course dinner is included.
First dinner is on the arrival day January 4th. Last meal is breakfast on departure day January 9th.

Travel agency
All trips are organised in collaboration with the travel agency Snowtravel. This makes sure everything regarding booking is handled professionally and your rights are secured in case of cancelled trips etc.
Inspirational Skiing is acting solely as a middleman and not as the responsible sales entity of the camps. It is Snowtravel ApS and not Inspirational Skiing that is responsible for delivering everything included in the camps – except for the ski instruction. Inspirational Skiing is responsible for the ski instruction on the camps. Inspirational Skiing only facilitates selling the camps. Snowtravel ApS is responsible for the agreement around the camps and is the entity you are making the deal with.
As a consequence of the above-mentioned Inspirational Skiing is in no way shape or form obligated to pay any form of compensation or replacement in case of any losses that may arise from any circumstance where the camps do not fulfill the customer expectations. The ski instruction is an exception, which is the sole responsibility of Inspirational Skiing.
Any reclamation- or complaint regarding the camps must be directed at Snowtravel ApS.
